Individual Classes

Individual classes are an excellent way to develop a personal Yoga practice that you can do at home. An individual class includes a consultation to discuss goals, evaluate the student’s specific needs, and develop a strategy for making the practice consistent. Robyn guides students through each series of poses and/or breathing techniques so that they learn to practice safely. Students receive written copies of the instructions, including drawings of Yoga poses, for reference at home.

Individual classes are also effective in conjunction with group Yoga classes. Contact Robyn for details on individual classes.
